Singapore and Mister Koh
One of the most beautiful gardens in this city.
Singapore is a huge metropolis like New York. It is a mixture of all the world’s cultures in the same place but with one big difference: Singapore, being close to the Equator, has tropical climate.
There are lots of things in Singapore worth discovering; chinatown, art museums, the parks, I could keep going on and on.
But it is always interesting to step aside and discover new people, and that is how I got to meet M. Koh.
Mr. Koh is a one of a kind person, his family was poor, and he got interested in orchids when he was 16 years old. Since that day until now, it became his passion and his job. When I got to meet him he was already 85 years old.
You can visit his garden, only if he is there. That orchid garden is his life’s passion so he is always happy to have visitors to show his orchids to, which are pretty rare and of many different species.

The address:
Koh Keng Hoe Orchid Nursery

The garden is at the home of Mr. Koh, he does not charge you for the visit, nevertheless, it is his home, so before entering, try to knock on the door, or
